Code Enforcement/Neighborhood Preservation
Code Enforcement addresses nuisances and safety issues that pose a threat to the health, safety and well being of residents and guests of the Town of Loomis. The Code Enforcement officer responds to complaints, investigates violations and obtains compliance of the Loomis Municipal Code, ensuring conditions which pose a negative impact on a neighborhood are adequately addressed to improve the quality of life and environment for those who live and work in the Town.

- Illegal construction or occupancy
- Unsecured swimming pools
- Public nuisance
- Zoning violations
- Unlicensed business
- Illegal signage
- Abandoned or inoperative vehicles
- Weeds
- Graffiti
