Business License Inspection Requirements
In Town Businesses
All new in Town commercial businesses, or those relocating and staying within the Town limits, will need to schedule an appointment with the Town Building Inspector and South Placer Fire District for inspection prior to business license issuance.
- For building inspections, please download and complete the commercial license application as well as the Business License Inspection Form and submit these documents to Jordan Tibbits at jtibbits@loomis.ca.gov. Contact Michael Pinola at (916) 824-1513 to schedule an inspection.
- For fire inspection and fee information, please call South Placer Fire District at (916) 791-7059.
Out of Town Businesses
All commercial businesses located outside of the Town’s limit do not require an inspection with the Town Building Inspector or South Placer Fire District prior to business license issuance. Please download and complete the commercial license application and submit to Jordan Tibbits at jtibbits@loomis.ca.gov.
Please provide a detailed business description in the application to ensure that your business receives the proper approvals.
