NEW BUILDING CODE goes into effect JANUARY 1, 2026
A full, complete project submittal must be sent to BLDGPERMIT@LOOMIS.CA.GOV by December 31, 2025, to be reviewed under current 2022 building code.

Incomplete submittals received during Town office holiday closure will be denied and required to follow the new 2025 building code.

The Town does not accept photo-turned-PDF of building permit applications or low-quality scans.
