Join us as we explore the fresh taste of Greek food and learn more about the plethora of herbs and spices to accentuate Greek dishes. As most spices are locally grown, they are in good supply throughout many regions. The most common are mint, basil, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, oregano, and saffron. Our spotlight will be on Greek oregano. We will taste the recipes provided in the curriculum packet. Reservations are required. Please visit our website or call the library to reserve your place.
