Santa’s Neighborhood Parade When: December 20th 8 am South Placer Fire will be collecting unwrapped toys and canned goods along the route if you’d like to give back this season. Santa appearances are subject to rain.

NEW BUILDING CODE goes into effect JANUARY 1, 2026 A full, complete project submittal must be sent to bldgpermit@loomis.ca.gov by December 31, 2025, to be reviewed under current 2022 building code. Click here to view submittal requirements. Incomplete submittals received during Town office holiday closure will be denied and required to follow the new 2025 building code.
