Contractor Registration
The Town of Loomis has adopted informal bidding procedures which allows for smaller public works projects (under $100,000) to be bid in accordance with the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act. Under these procedures, the Town maintains an "Informal Bidding Contractor’s List" which it uses to notify Contractors of project opportunities. To be placed in this directory, contractors must complete the Contractor’s Registration Form using the link below.
Please note that to submit a bid with the Town of Loomis, contractor must:
- Have a valid contractor license in the trade(s) for which the project requires.
- Be willing to enter into a contract with the Town of Loomis using the Town’s standard contract form, which requires the furnishing of Performance and Payment Bonds and at least $1,000,000 in general liability insurance.
- Be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and provide certified payroll records showing the payment of prevailing wage, pursuant to Section 1773 of the Labor Code.
