Building Inspections

Inspections are conducted Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

AM (9am-12pm arrival window) and PM (12pm-3pm arrival window) inspection requests available.

Inspections must be requested a minimum of 1 day in advance. Same-day inspections are unable to be accommodated.

Please make sure any requirements prior to the Town being able to conduct a final have been met (final approval or inspection through Waste Management, PCEH/SPMUD, PCWA, SPFD, etc). If you are unsure, please contact Town Hall.
