The Town of Loomis building inspector is Michael Pinola.
Inspection Schedule
Inspections are conducted Monday through Thursday. AM and PM inspections may be requested at time of scheduling. Morning inspections are performed 9:00AM to 12:00PM, and afternoon inspections are held 12:00PM to 3:00PM. Inspections must be requested a minimum of 1 day in advance. Same-day inspections are unable to be accommodated.

Required Information Needed When Scheduling:
- Desired date of inspection
- Request a morning or afternoon inspection
- AM inspections are conducted 9:00AM to 12:00PM
- PM inspections are conducted 12:00PM to 3:00PM
- Address of project
- Building permit number
- Type of inspection
- A contact name and phone number
- A gate code, if applicable
Confirmation of Inspection
Call Town Hall's main office line at 916-652-1840 after 8:45AM on the morning of the requested inspection date to confirm inspection and receive an estimated time frame for the building inspector's arrival. Calls will not be returned unless the inspector is unable to accommodate a requested inspection. In such instance, the inspector will reach out to the contact name and telephone number left on the recording to reschedule.
